大家好!
很高兴能代表xx年参加工作的青年教师在此发言，心中甚是忐忑啊!为什么忐忑啊?因为总觉得自己还做得不够好，总觉得在座的各位老师都比在下做得好，总觉得前面的路还很长。“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，是啊!老教师总劝导我们，你们的事业才刚开始，我们都工作了一辈子了，所以你们得耐得住寂寞，守得住清贫。“寂寞、清贫”这两个词在当初我们选择了这份职业时就已经伴随着它了，所以我们无力避开，我们注定与此为伴，与此相依相随。
“少年不知愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，少年更不识寂寞的滋味。当我踏入大学，在那里我才感受到了什么是真正的寂寞?百无聊赖，手头根本找不到值得去做的事情。我失去了充实的生活，甚至产生了退学的想法。时光荏苒，如今我从事着我梦寐以求的职业，我充实，我骄傲!每当我走在学校坑洼的大道上时，常会想：人生之路不正像这坑洼之路吗?有起有伏才精彩;每当我手拿篮球，望着如同月球表面的球场时，我都会想如果真在月球上多好，可以摆脱地球引力，自由扣篮了;每当我独守教学楼，听着风吟雨潇，可以任思绪飞翔;每当夜深人静，而我手持红笔，批阅作业，纵横其间，此时此刻，谈何寂寞?我对自己说，既然选择了教师，那就做一只快乐的陀螺吧!
“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”，陶渊明式的那种闲适，那种怡然自得曾经是我梦寐以求的。也许你会笑话我这个年轻人，因为在这个物欲横流，房价飞涨，物价上涨的.时代，陶渊明还能够“不为五斗米折腰”吗?当我们拿着微薄的工资，望着房价物价兴叹时，我们能为自己的清贫骄傲吗?谁来为你的房子买单?谁来为你的柴米油盐买单?谁又会来为你的清贫买单?难道我们就得安于现状，等待救济，不思进取吗?
“穷则生变”，中国民族何尝不是在贫穷落后中崛起的，那么这注定我们要不安于现状，要迫使我们努力进取，这又何尝不好呢?既然我们还年轻，我们就有资本去搏杀，就有机会去争取更好的生活，但我们必须努力，必须奋斗，必须在寂寞中唱歌，在清贫中完成自我富足。
自我富足，不是指物质生活上的自我满足，而是指精神上的富有。不要求你学富五车，不要求你才高八斗，只要求你在闲暇之余少打麻将少打牌，少摆酒席多读书。俗话说：“活到老，学到老”，廉颇尚未老矣，而我们却倚老卖老。以书为友，以书为侣，这才是完成自我富足的有效途径。

同学们：
五四青年节一个隆重而又庄严的节日，一个可以激发我们青年人热情的节日，从1919年的5月4日，转眼间我们走过了很多个春秋了。它不是一个不同的日子，而是代表我们中国青年自己的日子。
它总是让我回想起中国的青年为了祖国和人民的命运而作的斗争的精神。我理解的五四精神是自由、民主、爱国，是锐意进取，这些在任何时代都是应该继承和发扬的`。虽然当代大学生身处的时代和以前大不相同，但这些根深蒂固的传统是变不了的。时光飞逝，岁月如流，从上个世纪的1919年到现在，五四已经走过了近一个世纪。
时间已经过去这么年了，弹指间灰飞烟灭，历史的脚印永远定格在那个时期那个动荡的年代。那个时代充满了的黑暗与残酷，但是那个难忘的历史只有留在史册上和人们的心里。
无论是被欺压还是我们奋起的反抗，那些种种都过去了，过去是值得纪念，但是更重要的是还留存下来的一种精神，一种五四所带来的英勇与坚强、果敢与奋进、热忱与理想、不屈与抗争的精神。这精神不该随着岁月的变迁而流逝，那种精神不该只停留在那个时代，那种精神也不该只是用来让我们来纪念。我常常思考这样一个问题：我们这样推崇的五四精神是否过时了?还是脱离了现代21世界的发展?但是我想说的是这种精神是从不凝固，正如历史永不会重现。
记得有人说过，击非典的众志成城，直到最近几年的汶川地震，还有前一阵子才发生的玉树地震。我们仍然有着爱国的精神，仍然有着国家有难，我们青年人作为先锋队，为国家现身。虽说不上过去战乱年代的抛头颅洒热血的年代，但是我们仍旧有着爱国的精神，为国家尽着微薄的力量。所以这种五四精神没有被我们现在的年轻人所遗忘。然而我们正是在继续壮大这种精神。
时间已经过去这么多年了，一代又一代的人在用自己的青春诠释这这一种精神。然而这种精神是不会随着时间的消逝而被大家忘却的。因为五四运动的精神已经在我们中国人的心里永存。

Whether it was being oppressed or our resistance, all of those things have passed. The past is worth commemorating, but more importantly, there is still a spirit that has been preserved - a spirit of bravery and strength, courage and progress, enthusiasm and ideals, indomitability and resistance brought about by the May Fourth Movement. This spirit should not fade with the passage of time, that spirit should not only stay in that era, and that spirit should not be just used for us to commemorate. I often think about this question: Is the May Fourth spirit that we so highly admire outdated? Or is it detached from the development of the modern 21st world? But what I want to say is that this spirit never solidifies, just as history never repeats itself.
I remember someone once said that the united efforts to fight against SARS lasted until the Wenchuan earthquake in recent years, as well as the Yushu earthquake that only occurred a while ago. We still have the spirit of patriotism, and there are still difficulties for our country. As young people, we are the vanguard and appear for our country. Although it may not be the era of sacrificing our lives and shedding our blood in times of war, we still have the spirit of patriotism and contribute our humble efforts to the country. So this May Fourth spirit has not been forgotten by our young people today. However, we are continuing to strengthen this spirit.

今日我演讲的题目是《一校兴衰，我的责任》，听到这个题目，我们肯定会想到：责任，主子。是的，从我们在新一一校工作的第一天起，我们就成了他的主子，我们是学校的主子，是我们许很多多的一校人组成了这个大家庭。为了这个家的生存发展，为了这个家的旺盛华蜜，一批批的老师让青春在这里闪光，一批批的老师让汗水在这里尽情挥洒，从无趣到成熟，从青丝变白发，这里让我们付出了太多的情，太多的爱，因为这里有我们酷爱的事业，有我们人生的追求，身为一校人，我们骄傲，因为我有一个充溢活力，锐意创新，不断进取的领导班子，我们有一批特殊能吃苦，特殊能奉献，特殊聪慧，可亲可敬的老师队伍，我们有一群阳光可爱、德智体美劳全面发展的孩子们。更重要的是我们还有许很多多的家长给我们的那份厚重的信任。
我们是华蜜的，因为我们是一校人，我们在享受着一校带给我们的荣耀，同时我们也是骄傲的，因为我们在这里更分担着一校的责任。“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”,‘一校兴衰，我们每位一校人的责任’。说起责任，有人会觉得肃穆，会觉得沉重。翻开典我得到了责任最精确的描述：责任是分内应当做的事情，也就是担当应当担当的任务，完成应当完成的使命，做好应当做好的工作。
