104年前爆发的五四运动，是一场彻底反帝反封建的伟大爱国革命运动、一场伟大的思想解放运动和新文化运动。爱国、进步、民主、科学的五四精神始终激励着一代又一代青年人奋发图强。当前，我国已进入全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的新阶段，我们医院也完成了“第一次创业”，并已经开始实施“二次创业”。在新时期，青年同志们要坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，发扬传统，肩负起历史赋予的艰巨使命，要以昂扬的姿态和饱满的热情投身医院“二次创业”的建设之中，为实现四届一次职代会确定的各项任务目标贡献青春、智慧和力量。
今天我们同时纪念的还有国际医务护理创始人南丁格尔，举行“5.12”国际护士节纪念活动目的在于激励广大护理人员继承和发扬护理事业的光荣传统，充分认识护理工作是结合科学、伦理与艺术的一门学科，需要不断自我充实，进行专业素养和乐观进取精神的培养，并在实际工作中以“爱心、耐心、细心、责任心”对待每一位病人，协助他们预防疾病、减轻病痛、恢复或促进健康。
我院共有249名护理人员和近400余名青年工作者，是医院发展建设的重要力量。长期以来，在院党委的统一部署下，团结一致，恪尽职守，兢兢业业，无私奉献，把保护广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全放在第一位，以较强的事业心和高度的责任感，把真诚的爱心无私奉献给了每一位患者，表现出了良好的职业道德和崇高的思想品质。此次受表彰的25名优秀护士、10名青年岗位能手和20名优秀团员，在各自岗位上能用用自己的实际行动实践着“三个代表”重要思想，履行着关爱生命、呵护健康的专业职责，弘扬着南丁格尔救死扶伤、勇于献身的人道主义精神，赢得了广大人民群众的信赖和赞誉。希望这些受到表彰的同志要戒骄戒躁，继续发扬优良作风，为医院的发展作出新的贡献！同时希望全院护理人员和青年工作者向他们学习，敬业奉献，爱院如家，好学上进，开拓进取，积极投身医院建设，为实现医院“二次创业”奋斗目标添砖加瓦。

我今天讲话的主题是《青春与使命》。
今天，刚结束期中考试的我们，迎来了又一个五四青年节。此时享受祥和、安宁的幸福生活的我，、不禁想到了近百年来为中华之崛起而奋斗的青年们，是他们，在民族遭受屈辱的时刻挺身而出，以力挽狂澜之势救黎民于苦难，他们敢于直面惨淡的人生，敢于正视淋漓的鲜血，他们以燃烧的激情和鲜血凝聚成精神的火炬，点燃了未来。这种青春是多么的绚丽夺目呀，这种使命感是多么的震撼人心啊！他们，是时代的英雄，因为他们深知：天下兴亡，匹夫有责。他们知道自己的使命，并敢去行动，为之付出，为之牺牲，用他们的热血，铸就了祖国的青春。我们，今天的中国青年，应该永远纪念在那个动荡的时代，那些有使命感的青年。
青春是美好的，而没有使命感的青春是贫血的。青年是祖国的未来，是民族的希望。在任何一个时代，青年都是社会上最富有朝气最富有创造性、最富有生命力的群体。梁启超在《少年中国说》里写道：少年弱则国弱，少年强则国强，青年是祖国的栋梁，只有一个国家的青年充满了活力，充满了生机，这个国家才会有光明的未来。但可悲的是，现在的一小部分中国青年，在这伟大的时代里，却迷失了自己。他们不知道自己该干什么，不知道自己的义务，不知道自己的使命。他们只为自己一时的享受和喧嚣，荒废了黄金难买的青春。他们让人侧目，却依然不以为意，还嚣张地说：这是我的青春，我的青春由我自己主宰。不错，青春是你的，无人可以剥夺。但是，你是否曾想过，青春应该如何绽放？青春真正的价值在哪里？这么珍贵的青春，试问，为了一时的欢愉，就忘记了自己的使命，而最终的代价，将是整个人生，有谁可以此任性，如此舍得呢？
回首往昔，中华民族前进百年征途上，爱国青年们留下了英勇奋斗的足迹，做出了无愧于历史的贡献。二十一世纪是一个充满希望和挑战的世纪，我们，将以新的面貌，面向新世纪，以新的作为开创新的事业，在中华民族振兴继续谱写光辉的篇章。也许你正挣扎于个人微小的得失，也许你正徘徊于痛苦的边缘，也许你曾经苦苦等待，也许你曾经失败，但请记住，其实这一切都不是最重要的，最重要的是我们拥有青春，我们记得自己传统而又现代的使命，拥有使命的青春是奋发向前的，拥有使命的青春是无所畏惧的，拥有使命的青春是所向无敌的！有了使命，我们才能有目标；有了目标，我们才能有梦想；有了梦想，我们才能有动力；有了动力，我们才能前进，才能让我们的青春拥有闪光的价值，让中华民族站在世界的舞台，得到由衷的赞扬和敬佩。

尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的同事们：
大家下午好！今天我演讲的题目是《责任成就人生》。当一切烦嚣都归于寂静，当喧闹的城市终于在夕阳的一抹金色晚霞中进入梦的旋律。当我们的心灵与自然和谐地携手芳草绿茵，当我们终于为自己的心灵演奏一曲山泉的清澈和空谷幽兰的高洁，我们迎来了一场重拾企业凝聚力，员工责任感与激情的春雨。我常常去探访内心深处，问自己今天快乐吗？今天我完美而又高效地完成工作了吗？答案都有些不够完美。为什么我们在重复着简单而单一的工作的时候，却一次次受到上司的批评，客户的投诉，同事的埋怨呢？纵观点滴，我想应该是不够负责导致的。责任是什么呢？从咿呀学语到走入社会的20多个春秋里，常听身边的人谈起社会责任，企业责任，法律责任等等词汇，但是对于责任我没有一个全面合理的阐释，翻开词典，我得到了责任的准确描述。责任是分内应做的事情。也就是承担应当承担的任务，完成应当完成的使命，做好应当做好的工作。责任感是衡量一个人精神素质的重要指标。责任和自由是对应的概念。责任是唯独存在于上帝和邻舍的约束中的人的自由。
每个人来到这个世上都要有责任感，每个人也都必须履行责任，承担责任。不但要承担自身的责任，也要承担家庭和社会的责任。因为只有责任才能激发人的潜能，唤醒人的良知。而那些碌碌无为、鼠目寸光、不思进取的人逃避、推卸责任。没有责任感，酷似乌鸦的鸟失去了生存与发展的机遇，最终被淘汰。人也如此，当员工的，不能履行本职岗位的职责，那就不能为企业创造价值，也不能为人生实现更高的理想；当领导的，不能履行管理自己员工的责任，那你的员工就很难不段成长，出类拔萃。鸟灭绝了一只，森林里照样能传出婉转动听的'歌声，可人要是因为没能履行自己的责任而颓废，那将是一生的悲哀。
从去年的“三鹿事件”中，可以看出如果社会责任真正融入三鹿集团的企业战略，也许悲剧就不会发生，企业也不会受到如此大的打击。如果企业对消费者负责，有毒产品就不会流向市场；在市场经济日趋激烈的今天，负责任可以成就一个企业，铸造一个品牌。同样不负责任务也可以毁掉一个企业，丧失一个品牌。同样，凡是成功的人物，无不具有高度的责任感，我们熟悉的温总理，曾说过这样一句化话“为了国家的富强，为了社会的公平正义，为了让人民幸福快乐地过的更好，为了让孩子们上好学，为了使我们的民族赢得应有的尊严，我愿献出我的全部心血和精力”。作为今天身处职场的员工，我们应该清楚自己要做什么？我们要做的就是兢兢业业完成领导安排的任务，不折不扣去落实既定的工作目标。在企业里，我们有什么样的责任呢？我们的责任就是为企业发展施展自己的才华，为企业的进步繁荣奉献自己的力量。作为云南最大的民间工艺品市场工作人员，我们最大的责任是什么呢？我们最大的责任就是象公司最核心的那句话，“传承民间艺术，弘扬民族文化”，这是一个宏观的概念，但必须要我们每一个部门的同事团结一致，做好每一步看似平常的工作，才能铸就最后大的成功！
